4. Orders and Payments

B. Payment Methods

Hadjoo does not store any payment or banking data.

C. Order Refusal or Cancellation

Vendors may refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons (out of stock, pricing error, or suspected fraud).

5. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped directly by vendors using approved carriers.
Delivery times and shipping fees are displayed before checkout.

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Correct packaging and shipping.

  • Meeting announced delivery times.

  • Ensuring products conform to descriptions.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All returns and refunds follow Hadjoo’s Return & Refund Policy available at:

Vendors agree to comply with:

  • The legal right of withdrawal (14 days).

  • Hadjoo’s voluntary return policy (up to 90 days).

B. Hadjoo’s Liability

Hadjoo acts only as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for:

Hadjoo’s liability can only be engaged in cases of proven fault (technical malfunction, payment error, etc.).

8. Fees and Commissions

Hadjoo charges a commission rate between 8% and 10% on each sale made via the platform.
Commission details are visible in the vendor’s account dashboard.
No hidden fees apply.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Hadjoo.com (texts, images, logos, videos, layouts, and design) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

No part of the site may be copied or reused without prior written consent from Hadjoo or the respective rights holders.
